สอบถามปัญหาหนี้

ดิฉันเป็นหนี้ของซิตี้แบงก์ ซิตี้แอดวานซ์ และสินเชื่อกรุงศรี ยอดรวมเกือบ 3 แสน ไม่ได้จ่ายมาแล้ว 3 เดือน ตอนนี้ซิตี้แบงก์โทรมาแจ้งดิฉันว่าให้ชำระ 1 ยอด ภายในวันที่ 30/9/56 นี้ ถ้าไม่ชำระทางบริษัทฯ จะส่งฟ้อง และเค้าบอกว่าเค้าต้องชนะ และสามารถอายัดเงินเดือนดิฉันได้ ดิฉันขอบอกก่อนว่าหนี้ของซิตี้แบงก์และซิตี้แอดวานซ์ดิฉันได้ทำการประนอมหนี้ไปแล้ว และได้จ่ายมาซักพัก แต่ตอนนี้ก็จ่ายไม่ไหวแล้ว อยากจะรบกวนผู้รู้ช่วยตอบหน่อยว่าดิฉันจะโดนอายัดเงินเดือนได้จริงหรือเปล่า เพราะถ้าดิฉันโดนอายัดเงินเดือนจิง ดิฉันคงไม่มีเงินเหลือไปจ่ายบัตรเครดิตอื่นที่ดิฉันไม่ได้ทำเสียได้เลย
